We generally recommend using the same battery model, capacity and specification within one battery bank. Mixing different generations, capacities or BMS designs can lead to uneven charging and discharging. Contact SOK Technical Support if you are expanding an existing system.

In-stock orders are usually processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Standard delivery within the EU normally takes around 3–7 business days, while remote destinations may take 5–10 business days. Pre-order delivery times depend on the product arrival schedule.

Free shipping is available for most SOK products and EU destinations. Shipping conditions may vary for oversized products, remote areas or destinations outside the EU. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before ordering.

Orders shipped from our Germany warehouse to EU destinations normally do not require customers to handle import customs clearance. For non-EU European destinations such as the UK, Norway or Switzerland, additional customs or handling charges may apply.

Once your SOK battery order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery may be handled by carriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx or specialist freight providers depending on the product and destination.

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Lithium batteries require special transport arrangements, so please contact us before returning a product. Installed, connected or used batteries may be subject to a reduction in refund value.

Warranty coverage depends on the battery model. Current eligible SOK models generally carry a 7-year or 10-year limited warranty. For example, SK48V100N is covered for 10 years, while several 12V and 24V models have 7-year coverage. See our Warranty Policy.

After purchase, complete the Warranty Registration with your battery and purchase information. Registration helps SOK identify your product and provide more efficient warranty and technical support if assistance is required later.

Contact SOK Support with your order number, battery model, serial number, description of the issue and relevant photos or videos. Our team will review the information and provide troubleshooting or warranty instructions. Do not return the battery without prior authorization.
