We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing are accurate. However, product specifications may be updated or improved without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or cancel orders;

• request additional verification before processing an order.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Ownership of the products transfers upon delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.

Due to the nature of lithium batteries and dangerous goods transportation regulations, return shipping conditions may differ from standard consumer products.

8. Warranty

SOK batteries are backed by our Limited Warranty. Warranty coverage varies by product and applies only under normal use in accordance with the user manual.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• improper installation;

• misuse;

• unauthorized modification;

• physical damage;

• accidents;

• improper charging;

• operation outside published specifications.

9. Battery Safety

Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries must be used responsibly.

Customers agree to:

• follow the product manual;

• use compatible chargers and equipment;

• install batteries correctly;

• avoid short circuits;

• avoid exposure to fire or excessive heat;

• avoid dismantling or modifying the battery or BMS.

Improper use may result in damage or injury and may void the warranty.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOK Battery Europe shall not be liable for:

indirect damages;
incidental damages;
consequential damages;
loss of profits;
business interruption;
loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
