1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the European Union.

All orders are shipped from our Germany warehouse.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following delivery options:

• Home Delivery

Standard door-to-door delivery via trusted EU logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, or UPS.

 

• Pickup Points / Parcel Lockers

In selected regions, delivery to pickup points or parcel lockers may be available depending on carrier coverage and battery shipping restrictions.

​3. SHIPPING COST

• Free shipping may be offered for selected products or promotions

• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

4. DELIVERY TIME

​

We try our best to fulfill and ship out all paid orders within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holiday will be shipped out on the next business day.

 

Estimated delivery time within the EU:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

• Pre-order products: Delivery time depends on the product arrival schedule

5. BATTERY SHIPPING NOTICE

Due to transport regulations for lithium batteries:

Some pickup points or lockers may not accept battery shipments
In such cases, home delivery will be used automatically

6. ORDER DELAYS

​

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery time.

7. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

​

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team-eve@sokbattery.com. We will assist in the investigation with the carrier.
