SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing an order. This policy applies to all orders placed within the EU market.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the European Union.

All orders are shipped from our Germany warehouse.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

We will normally ship by DPD, Parcel Force, RABEN, Walkers, DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Once we shipped out, we would update the tracking info by email to you. 

3. SHIPPING COST

  • Free shipping service in all 12v throughout all the EU/UK countries.

  • (Some faraway countries or islands might charge an extra shipping fee.)

  • For shipping to Ukraine, the 12v100ah model will cost €100, the 12v206ah model will cost €150. 

  • 48v100ah model, NO delivery service to Ukraine. ​

  • The price includes VAT, you don’t have to pay additional tax like import duty. ​

4.  Which countries do we currently ship to?

We currently ship to 33 countries, including:

 

United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, Monaco, Slovenia, Ukraine, and Cyprus.

 

Please note that the above shipping policy only applies to the following products:

  • 12V 100Ah batteries

  • 12V 206Ah batteries

  • Battery monitors

  • Slot racks

  • Cables

For the 48V 100Ah server rack battery, please refer to the shipping policy listed on the product page.

5. DELIVERY TIME

We try our best to fulfill and ship out all paid orders within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holiday will be shipped out on the next business day.

 

Estimated delivery time within the EU:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

  • Pre-order products: Delivery time depends on the product arrival schedule

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. ORDER DELAYS

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery time.

7. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team-eve@sokbattery.com. We will assist in the investigation with the carrier.
